We want you to be obsessed with your new gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all occult packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are free of pet hair or makeup.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package over to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or credit once it reaches our coven.
